Return & Refund
You have the right to return your Assembly® samples within 60 days from the
day you received it for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping
documents are included in your shipment and are free of charge.
Please note:
- If you decide to return your Assembly® samples, all items must be returned in mint
condition, i.e. unworn , unwashed and undamaged.
- Any shipping costs applied to your original order will not be refunded.
- If your return request is made after the 60 day return allowance and the above
conditions are not met, Assembly® reserves the right to refuse your refund.
Once we have received and reviewed the items in your return, we will process your
refund. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method that was used
for your original purchase.
